This process ensures minimal waste and a personalized experience but also means we cannot restock or resell returned items. Once production begins, we are unable to modify, cancel, or refund the order.

Damaged or Defective Products

We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos of the issue to better assist you. In such cases, we will work with the print-on-demand provider to offer a replacement or resolve the issue appropriately.
